There is a new Leidos contract position titled "Human Factors Planning and Programming Analyst" in Hurlburt Field, FL. Job duties include assessment of occupational health hazards and developing appropriate interventions for Air Force intelligence personnel who perform high-risk, high-stress ISR duties in Special Operations aircraft. There is also an ongoing treatment and prevention clinical study with personnel in this organization utilizing floatation therapy and deep tissue massage; the Human Factors Planning and Programming Analyst will oversee the execution of this study, including managing participants through treatment cycles, collecting outcome data and performing statistical analysis, and generating and presenting reports. There is ample opportunity to consult with unit leaders on human factors issues and to make recommendations to this effect.
