The Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Activity (IARPA) is developing and testing software that uses crowdsourcing and structured reasoning to help people improve intelligence analysis with incomplete information. To test the capabilities of the CREATE systems, IARPA is looking for volunteers to test both crowd-based and solo tools. Starting in July, participants will spend 2-3 hours/week for nine weeks learning and using software designed to help people and teams analyze evidence and solve problems.
